Patience, Persistence, Professionalism. Those three key attributes make Dallas a really great Realtor. Dallas really went out of his way to make sure we got the best offer. I definitely didn't have the easiest home to sell and he marketed the home to get multiple offers and over asking even when I had my doubts. Dallas was super patient with taking the time to get to know my needs and show me the options and potential outcomes upfront. Although there were some hiccups in the process (as with any transaction), his professionalism showed at all times during the process and kept everything on track. Forget the mailman, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds", that should now be attributed to Dallas Hidalgo! Dallas was unfailingly cheerful through every weird home, every 'nope' let's not even bother, even though he'd driven across town for the showing. When we lost a home to higher bidders, he was our ray of sunshine and eternal optimist. He KNEW he could get us in the right house! When we found it, we just so happened to be hundreds of miles away, so he just jumped in and took care of everything. We cannot recommend Dallas enough! My husband and I live in California and recently purchased a condo in Lakewood, Colorado and Dallas was our agent for this transaction. The transaction was extremely timely and expedited by both the seller and the buyer. We were able to close in ten days. We were not able to physically see the unit for ourselves and Dallas went out of his way to help with our decision to buy the place. He measured took pictures and received the keys to our new home in Colorado. He truly was there every step of the way including "virtual signing" on the computer. Dallas is an incredible realtor! I put my house on the market right before the interest spike and my house was out in a very rural community. It took a little while for the property get start getting some traction but thanks to Dallas's hard work and dedication he was able to bring buyers to the house and finally get my house out there. The first offer that received was very very low and thanks to Dallas's efforts he came back with me walking away from the house with far more then I would of ever anticipated making on my house! He was readily available to view homes and has a leg up in what to look for in a home from previous jobs in his past. Dallas made the sale of our mother's home smooth and efficient! He juggled the emotions for all 3 of us siblings tactfully and even arranged the contract signing for one of us out of state. He took the time to do all the necessary pre-sale steps so that when we put it on the market we were set for success!
