I met Dallas through a networking group, and the biggest thing that stood out to me after working with him is how he genuinely cares about the people he serves. As a fellow veteran, he puts real time and energy into understanding the VA loan process, how to help people, and how to really set people up for success — not just check a box. He wants to get you the best deal possible, especially for one of the biggest purchases in your life.
The coolest thing about Dallas that I've noticed is how active he is — in networking, and in his personal life, he's someone who's genuinely involved.

Forget the mailman, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds", that should now be attributed to Dallas Hidalgo! Dallas was unfailingly cheerful through every weird home, every 'nope' let's not even bother, even though he'd driven across town for the showing. When we lost a home to higher bidders, he was our ray of sunshine and eternal optimist. He KNEW he could get us in the right house! When we found it, we just so happened to be hundreds of miles away, so he just jumped in and took care of everything. We cannot recommend Dallas enough! He's realistic about the market but confident and upbeat in his approach, and a funny guy to boot. Sign with Dallas to sell or buy your home and you'll end up with a friend too.

Patience, Persistence, Professionalism. Those three key attributes make Dallas a really great Realtor.
Dallas really went out of his way to make sure we got the best offer. I definitely didn't have the easiest home to sell and he marketed the home to get multiple offers and over asking even when I had my doubts. Dallas was super patient with taking the time to get to know my needs and show me the options and potential outcomes upfront. Although there were some hiccups in the process (as with any transaction), his professionalism showed at all times during the process and kept everything on track.
I definitely recommend you take a look at working with Dallas as he will have your back through this process!
